PAUL WILLIAMSON, MS, PES, RYT, CPT
Paul has been a strength, mobility, and movement coach for 19 years, has worked with world champions in 4 different sports, and specializes in helping people move/perform better, heal pain, and develop life-long physical training practices that REGENERATE their bodies rather than breaking them down.
