HOW IT WORKS:

βœ… Small Group Format: Only 4-6 men will be accepted into program

βœ… Primary Focus: Building strength, muscle mass, and flexibility with emphasis on longevity, joint health, and freedom of motion

βœ… 4-Week Intensive: No drop-ins β€” program will run in 4-week blocks to ensure organized, progressive training

βœ… Heal Aches & Pains: Resolve or prevent aches, pains or movement restrictions (early-stage recovery from major injuries is beyond the scope of this program)

βœ… Holistic Practice: We will also play interactive movement & mobility games, meet all of your cardio needs, and even include meditative & somatic practices

PAUL SOLHAVEN, MS, PES, RYT, CPT

Paul has been a strength, mobility, and movement coach for 19 years, has worked with world champions in 4 different sports, and specializes in helping people move/perform better, heal pain, and develop life-long physical training practices that REGENERATE their bodies rather than breaking them down.
