Your Second Prime Starts Now
Premium Coaching for a New Chapter of Physical Mastery
This is NOT chair yoga or ‘senior fitness’ — I only work with people who want to pursue a 2nd prime, not a slower decline. You might be a fit if…
✅ You’re not new to exercise, but you’ve outgrown conventional approaches
✅ You’re interested in a multi-faceted process — strength, mobility, joint health, balance, movement quality, somatics, etc.
✅ You’re a curious learner, not just someone looking to be told what to do
✅ You’re willing to start exactly where you are, instead of chasing gimmicks or pushing through pain
✅ You have high standards and aren’t satisfied with “above average” results
✅ You’re ready to translate the success you’ve built in other areas into how you care for your body and well-being
PAUL SOLHAVEN, MS, PES, RYT, CPT
Strength, Mobility & Movement Coach
Paul has 19 years of experience working with everything from pro athletes (including world champions in dance, BJJ, swimming, and powerlifting) to people with zero training experience.
He is a teacher, not a drill sergeant, and applies a first principles approach to rebuilding and retraining the body. Paul’s unique process emphasizes both healing and physical capability. Healing isn’t about avoiding hard things—it’s about re-learning how to move so that you can be both more capable and less fragile.
HOW IS A MOVEMENT COACH DIFFERENT FROM A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Most workouts have very little impact on how well you move. They train MUSCLES, but they don't train MOVEMENT… and it often makes you even more stiff and less balanced by teaching your body to work in isolated segments.
A full-spectrum approach to training movement still includes building strength and muscle, but also develops fluidity and balance, promotes joint health, improves alignment, releases tension, heals injuries, and transforms your overall presence and physicality.
