- How to avoid analysis paralysis by simplifying the process of learning handstands and other complex movements 
- Ways to practice handstands that develop strength, mobility and awareness in your entire body / mind (including your LEGS) 
- How to use primal movement patterns to create more fluidity and interconnection rather than stifling your body’s intelligence and drastically slowing down progress with clumsy, robotic (and boring) drills
